Nancy
Nancy is originally from the US and has been living and working in Spain since 1994. She has a degree in English Literature from Richmond University in London and has made Barcelona her home since 1999 with her life partner, Jeffrey.
She started Enchanting Barcelona in 2011, after 12 years in educational tourism leading groups through Spain & Portugal with ACIS, to offer genuine travel experiences to travelers, allowing them to get an insider's perspective on this vibrant city! She has the pleasure of collaborating with an excellent team of knowledgeable, experienced and passionate guides who offer great memory making tours, every time! |
Elena
Elena is a native of Barcelona and after living, studying and working in Paris and London, we are lucky to have her back in her hometown. With a Master's degree in Contemporary Art Theory, she is our official in-house art expert & all around excellent guide.
Aside from leading outstanding tours for Enchanting Barcelona, Elena collaborates with ACIS leading educational tours throughout Europe and teaches contemporary art history to college students in Barcelona. Passionate and knowledgeable about her hometown, her warm smile, easy going personality, and passion for her culture are infectious! |
Laureline
Laureline is a native of Champagne, France with a degree in International Trade. She has made Barcelona her home for the last ten years, spending the winter months backpacking around Asia until the recent arrival of her baby boy. Convinced that travel is the best life school, she is a passionate guide and traveler!
In addition to collaborating with Enchanting Barcelona, Laureline also leads trips for ACIS; guiding travelers throughout Spain and France with glowing reviews for more than 12 years. Resi
Resi is originally from Austria, but has been linked to Barcelona for nearly 15 years. She spent a year living in Barcelona as part of her studies for her degree in Interpretation from the Universitat Graz. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Barcelona to complete her Master's in Historical Culture and Communications and has been a resident since then!
She has been guiding discerning travelers for the past six years on customized and highly personal tours of Barcelona and its surrounding area. Her impeccable English, vibrant personality, wealth (and breadth) of knowledge and passion make her a natural guide! |
Bel
Bel was born in Girona, but has lived and worked in Figueres for more than 20 years now. She has a degree in Tourism from the Universitat de Barcelona. She has been a guide for more than 21 years and mergers her three loves - art, storytelling and theatre into all her visits.
Though she has been trained to guide anywhere in Catalonia, she specializes in her main love - Salvador Dali - and bringing art to life for children and adults with her surrealistic and creative visits. Her fantastic English, passion, enthusiasm and storytelling-like visits make her an idea guide for all that is Dali! |
Ester
Ester is originally from Barcelona and is passionate about sharing her city with travelers! She has traveled extensively allowing her to perfect her English and lived in Vienna, Austria where she perfected her German. She has been guiding since 2012 with rave reviews from all her clients. Her charming personality, enthusiasm and passion will make any tour come to life!
In her free time she enjoys dancing, music and traveling to explore new countries and visit her old favorites, like Austria. She is fluent in English, German, Spanish and, of course, Catalan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing and anything related to culture! |
Gemma
Gemma is originally from Barcelona, but grew up in Dali's hometown, Figueres. She has degrees in Translation and History from the University of Barcelona. She also studied in Norway at the University of Bergen for one year as part of her coursework and stayed for three more years working as a guide.
For the past five years she has made Girona her home, where she specializes in tours of Girona, the surrounding areas and the Dali Museum. She is passionate about history, art, nature, outdoor sports, food and wine. Her relaxed nature, passion, knowledge and engaging smile make her the perfect guide! |
Anna
Anna is a graduate of the University of Catalonia with several degrees that include Art History, Communication, Tourism Management and a diploma of Art & Education from the MOMA in New York City.
Originally from Girona, she has lived and worked in the United States for nearly five years perfecting her English and expanding her studies. For more than three years now, she has focused on bringing to life the art of Salvador Dali.
